What is AI resume analysis?
AI resume analysis helps your team review CVs faster inside Role.so. It reads a candidate resume, compares it with the candidate pack context, and produces a structured analysis that your team can use during screening.
What the analysis includes
The analysis can summarize the candidate profile, highlight fit signals, surface potential gaps, and suggest a next hiring action such as review, phone screen, or not priority.
It is designed to support your review process. It does not make hiring decisions automatically, reject candidates by itself, or replace the judgement of your recruiting team.
When to use it
Use AI resume analysis when candidates submit CVs through your public forms and your team wants a faster first read before deciding what to do next.
It is especially useful when you receive several applications for the same role and need a consistent screening summary for each applicant.
Who can enable it
AI resume analysis is controlled at team level. A team owner can enable it in team settings and choose whether resume analysis consent is optional or required on public forms.
Once enabled, team members can run and review analyses from applicant profiles when a supported CV is available.
