Q: What plan do I need to be on to use the Team feature?

A: You must be subscribed to the Growth or Scale plan to use the team feature.

Q: I have a legacy lifetime plan, can I acess this feature?

A: Absolutely! As with anything else, customers on the lifetime plan enjoy full access to all the features, without exceptions.

Q: Do invited team members require a subscription?

A: No, invited team members do not require a subscription.

Q: How many seats are available on each plan?

A: The Starter comes with no extra seats, Growth comes with one extra seat and Scale comes with four extra seats. For more details and plan allowances, please visit the Pricing page.

Q: Can I invite other team admins?

A: No - at the moment you can only invite non-subscribed users. This also means that you can't merge the content of two accounts. Think of team members as extensions of your account. Once they leave or they are removed, you, as the team admin, will retain all the data.

Q: Can the same account be part of multiple teams?

A: No - not at the moment. This option will be part of a bigger update that will include workspaces.

Q: Can team members leave a team?

A: Yes, team members can leave a team on their own. This option is available to them on their profile page. Alternative you can also remove team members yourself, as a team admin.

Q: What happens with the content created by a team member that's no longer part of a team?

A: All content will belong to you, as the team admin. This means that if a member leaves (or they are removed from the team), you retain all the content.

Q: What permissions do team members have?

A: Invited team members share the same content permission as the team's admin. They can add/update/delete any candidate packs, webhooks and careers pages. They won't have access to anything else though, such as team management or billing.
