Add custom titles, labels and buttons

The Forms Editor offers you the ability to customise every aspect of the main two forms: Interest form and Decline form.

Customise the main Call-To-Action buttons

Customise the main Call-To-Action buttons

  1. Select the Interest form or the Decline form tab (depending on what you are looking to customise)
  2. Scroll down to the Call-To-Action label section and customise the label as required
  3. Click on the Save button to save your changes

Disable the main Call-To-Action buttons

⚠️ This option will effectively hide the buttons, meaning there will be no forms displayed (nor any redirects). To be used only for very specific use cases.
  1. Select the Interest form or the Decline form tab (depending on what you are looking to customise)
  2. Disable the Show Call-To-Action under the Call-To-Action label section
  3. Click on the Save button to save your changes

  2. Scroll down to the Title and Subtitle sections
  3. Click on the Save button to save your changes

⚠️ By customising the decline reason fields, the "Reasons for declining" table on the candidate pack's Stats page will also be updated.
  1. Select the Decline form tab
  2. Scroll down to the Form fields section
  3. Enable/Disable the fields as required
  4. Rename the fields as required
  5. Click on the Save button to save your changes

Resetting the form customisation

⚠️ This action cannot be undone, please proceed with caution.
  1. Select the Interest form or the Decline form tab (depending on what form you are looking to reset)
  2. Scroll down to the Reset language customisations section
