Organization page

What the Organization page is for

The Organization page is a public page for your company, agency, or recruiting brand.

Use it as the main public entry point for candidates who need to understand who you are before choosing a careers page or opening a specific role.

It can bring together:

  • a short company introduction
  • your values and culture
  • links to your active careers pages
  • useful external links such as your website or social profiles
  • the same public identity used by your organization routes

When to use it

Use the Organization page when you want one public destination above your careers pages.

This is especially useful when:

  • you manage several workspaces or recruiting scopes
  • each workspace has its own careers page
  • you want candidates to choose between teams, locations, brands, or clients
  • you want a simple employer-brand page without building a separate website

How it works with careers pages

Your Organization page lives on the organization route, for example:

/o/acme

The main careers page can live at:

/o/acme/careers

Workspace careers pages can live at:

/o/acme/c/engineering

That means the Organization page can act as the public landing page, while careers pages stay focused on open roles.

Drafts and publishing

You can save changes as a draft without immediately changing the public page.

When the page is already published, Role.so keeps the published version live until you publish the latest saved draft. The status shown in the editor helps you understand whether the public page is up to date or whether saved draft changes are waiting to be published.

Before publishing

Before publishing the Organization page, make sure:

  • the organization name and slug are configured
  • the hero content is clear enough for candidates
  • any careers links point to published careers pages
  • external links are valid
  • the page colors match your public brand
