Change your email address

You can request an email address change from your profile settings.

Request an email change

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Send the confirmation email.

Role.so will send confirmation links to both your current and new email addresses.

Confirm both email addresses

Open each confirmation email and follow the link. Your email address is changed only after both your current and new addresses are confirmed.

Until then, your current email address remains active on your account.

Resend or cancel the request

If you do not receive the confirmation emails, you can resend them from the same Profile section.

If you no longer want to change your email address, cancel the pending request. Your current email address will stay active.
