As a Graphic Designer at CloudFly
What you'll be doing
You have worked somewhere and have a strong portfolio - This is non-negotiable
Social Media Posts/reels : Creating social media posts/reels for clients as well as for the company.
Other design work: Be open to work on any other design work.
Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring innovative ideas to life.
Feedback Integration: Iterate designs based on feedback from team members and clients, ensuring all work aligns with project objectives and client expectations.
File Preparation: Prepare final design files for both print and digital use.
What We’re Looking For
You're able to speak and write fluent English. If your written and spoken English is anything less than 90%, this isn't the role for you I'm afraid.
You're good at figuring stuff out. You're willing and able to learn new skills by using Google and YouTube, and don't shy away from responsibility.
You're able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy. This isn't a position for someone who isn't comfortable with change.
Design Mastery: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop etc). Experience with Figma is a plus.
Creativity: A sharp eye for aesthetics and the ability to create original, fresh designs that push the envelope.
Detail-Oriented: Attention to the finer details in design, ensuring pixel-perfect visuals and brand consistency.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas effectively.
Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and other design work.

We operate as a fully remote company, so you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere. Our team collaborates across different time zones, ensuring that communication is always clear and accessible. We prioritize creativity, professional growth, and a work-life balance that suits each team member.
As a Graphic Designer at CloudFly, you’ll work on a variety of projects, including branding, packaging design, website layouts, and more. Our clients come from diverse industries, so you’ll get the opportunity to explore different design styles and challenges.
This is a contract-based position for three months. After successfully completing the contract period and based on your performance, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role at CloudFly.
Our interview process typically takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on the number of applicants and scheduling availability. We aim to keep candidates informed at each stage of the process.
We primarily use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), along with Figma for web design. Familiarity with these tools is essential, but we’re always open to incorporating new software if it benefits the design process.
We prioritize flexibility and trust our team members to manage their schedules. As long as deadlines are met and the work is of high quality, you’re free to structure your day in a way that works best for you.
