What You'll Be Doing
As a Flex Poofessional, you’re the dependable backup when our regular team members are off the clock—stepping in to cover vacations, sick days, or busy weeks. You’re the MVP of the moment, keeping yards clean and clients happy when the regular Poop Troop needs a break.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
🐾 Fill in on scheduled routes when needed—scooping up the not-so-glamorous gifts that pups leave behind.
🚛 Haul away pet waste and leave yards looking fresh and ready for bare feet and backyard zoomies.
🧼 Keep your tools clean and ready to roll for the next yard rescue.
📲 Stay on-call or on-standby during specific days—jumping in to help when we’ve got a last-minute opening or a route to cover.
😃 Deliver the same friendly, dependable service as a full-time Poofessional—we’re known for being reliable and awesome.
About You
🐕 You like dogs, or at the very least, you’re unbothered by their... natural habits.
🌦️ You’re cool working outside in all kinds of weather (sun, rain, and surprise snow flurries).
🚗 You’ve got reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and don’t mind a bit of driving between stops.

What Happens: You’ll have a quick, casual chat with one of our team members to talk about your background and why you’re excited to work with us. This is your chance to ask any questions about the role and the company.
What Happens: If we’re feeling good about the virtual meet, we’ll invite you to a hands-on trial run (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes). You’ll get the chance to scoop in the field, learn the tools, and see if this job’s a fit for you—and vice versa.
What Happens: If you’re a rockstar during the trial, we’ll have a final sit-down (either in-person or virtual) to go over the details, answer any last-minute questions, and confirm next steps.

Absolutely! We’ll provide all the training you need to feel confident and ready to scoop. From using the tools to managing your route, we’ve got you covered.
As a Flex Poofessional, you’re part of our on-call crew—so there’s no set schedule. We’ll reach out when someone on the team takes a day off, goes on vacation, or we need extra help during busy weeks. Most of the time, this means filling in on Monday or Thursday mornings, but it can vary. We’ll check in with your availability ahead of time, and you can accept shifts that work for you. No pressure if you’re busy—just scoop when you can!

Yes! This job gives you the independence to manage your own route and schedule. You’ll be out and about, scooping at customer locations—but you’ll have support from our team whenever you need it.
You’ll be outside rain or shine, so we hope you’re ready to embrace all kinds of weather! (We recommend good rain gear for those soggy days.)
