Clinical Therapist- Independent Contractor
What the job involves
As an independent contractor, you will:
Provide quality mental health services to our diverse clientele
Work remotely on a flexible schedule
Focus solely on therapy services; we handle client relationships, communication, and billing
Maintain your own professional license and malpractice insurance
Be responsible for your own taxes and benefits
Clients will be clients of Legacy Family Services, with you serving as their assigned therapist.
Requirements:
Active license as LPC, LCSW, LADC-MH, LMFT, or PsyD in Oklahoma (mandatory)
At least 1 year of clinical experience if fully licensed
Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, people of color, and persons with disabilities
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and practices
Ability to maintain organized records and complete documentation timely
Willingness to participate in case consultations and staff meetings
Ideal candidates will:

Compensation: We offer a competitive, tiered compensation structure based on the number of client sessions conducted weekly:
50% of insurance reimbursement for 1-10 hourly sessions per week
60% for 11-19 hourly sessions per week
70% for 20-28 hourly sessions per week
75% for 29-34 hourly sessions per week
80% for 35 or more hourly sessions per week
