ML Engineer
We are looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer with experience in the development, optimization and deployment of Machine Learning models, ideally with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience in production environments.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience implementing and deploying ML/AI models in production.
Proficient in Python for model development, data processing and API building.
Desirable: PySpark.
In-depth knowledge in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or Hugging Face.
Experience in design, fine-tuning and validation of LLMs and NLP models.
Experience in building and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS - SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2 / Google Cloud - Vertex AI, BigQuery).
Knowledge of MLOps, versioning and model monitoring.
Experience building microservices or APIs (FastAPI desirable) to serve real-time models.
Docker containerization and deployment in scalable environments.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB for training or inference data storage.
Knowledge of CI/CD and continuous integration tools.
Desirable: experience with generative AI, agile methodologies and Go development for microservices.
We value profiles with analytical skills, orientation to continuous improvement and keeping updated on the latest trends in AI, NLP and LLMs.
