The role

The Role

What the job involves?

As a Customer Success Manager at SQAI, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey. Your mission is to ensure our customers and prospects realize the full value of our AI-powered QA solutions. With your technical QA background and strong interpersonal skills, you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers to success and building long-term relationships. This role offers a clear path to career growth, evolving into managing our international partner channel—our primary go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding:

  • Design and implement a seamless onboarding process, aligning tools and people to ensure customer success from Day 1.

  • Take ownership of onboarding and continuously improve it based on feedback.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Actively listen to prospects and customers to understand their challenges and goals.

  • Provide tailored advice on how SQAI can help them achieve efficiencies and accelerate testing processes.

Advocacy and Enablement:

  • Act as the voice of the customer within SQAI, influencing product enhancements based on customer needs.

  • Create resources (guides, webinars, FAQs) to help customers maximize the value of SQAI.

Growth and Expansion:

  • Support customers in scaling their usage of SQAI, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Contribute to building our partner channel strategy and, in time, take ownership of managing this channel internationally.

What We’re Looking For

First of all, we're looking for a person located in Belgium.

Experience:

  • Background as a QA Engineer (technical experience preferred).

  • Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong balance of technical and commercial skills—able to understand technical processes and communicate value clearly.

  • Exceptional listening skills and a knack for identifying customer pain points and opportunities.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of projects.

Mindset:

  • A passion for learning and growth, both personally and professionally.

  • Enthusiastic about AI and its potential to transform software development.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
