What the job involves?
Summary
The Account Executive (AE) is a consultative, demo-driven seller responsible for acquiring new customers for Review Pulse 360. This reputation management platform helps businesses generate more reviews, monitor feedback across multiple platforms, respond efficiently (including AI-assisted responses), and turn reputation into measurable growth.
This is a remote, commission-only role with no travel required. Consistent prospecting, strong discovery, high-quality demos, and disciplined pipeline management drive success
About Review Pulse 360
Review Pulse 360 is a reputation management solution designed to help businesses strengthen their online presence by:
Requesting reviews automatically (e.g., via SMS/email workflows)
Monitoring reviews across multiple platforms (including multi-location visibility where applicable)
Responding to reviews efficiently (including AI-assisted response workflows to save time and maintain consistency)
Analyzing sentiment and performance trends with reporting/analytics
Showcasing the best reviews through widgets/badges and on-site display tools
Supporting “offline-to-online” review generation tools such as QR/NFC-based Review Tap 360 products (cards, counter signs, plates, stickers, acrylic plates), when relevant to the customer’s use case

Core Responsibilities
I. Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach (calls, email, social, referrals, local/business networks).
Use a structured approach to qualification (fit, pain, urgency, decision process, stakeholders).
Maintain a healthy pipeline that supports consistent weekly activity and revenue production.
II. Discovery & Consultative Sales Execution
Lead discovery conversations to uncover:
Current review volume/velocity and rating trends
Response time/consistency challenges
Competitive pressure and reputation risks
Multi-location complexity and brand consistency needs
Translate pain points into a clear, quantified business case (revenue impact, conversion lift, reduced operational burden, improved trust).
III. Demo Leadership (Primary Sales Lever)
Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s industry and operational reality.
Position core capabilities clearly:
Review request automation
Monitoring and alerts
Response workflows (including AI assistance where applicable)
Reporting/analytics and trend visibility
Multi-location oversight (when applicable)
Review display assets (widgets/badges) and trust-building tools
Drive to a defined next step every time (trial, stakeholder demo, close plan, or follow-up meeting).
IV. Closing & Commercial Execution
Manage the opportunity from first meeting to close, including:
Handling objections (price, time, “we already have a process,” fear of negative reviews, past vendor disappointment)
Clarifying implementation expectations and timeline
Securing commitment and completing the purchasing process
Ensure clean handoff to onboarding/support with clear notes, expectations, and success outcomes.
V. CRM Discipline, Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (stages, notes, next steps, close dates).
Communicate forecasting and pipeline status with honesty and consistency.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to improve messaging, enablement, and conversion.

Required Qualifications
Proven ability to sell in a consultative, high-ownership environment (SaaS-style motion strongly aligned).
Strong discovery skills: you ask disciplined questions, listen well, and connect solutions to business outcomes.
Confidence in presenting and running demos (clear narrative, strong control of the call).
Excellent follow-up habits and pipeline management discipline.
Comfortable working independently in a remote role and managing a full-cycle workload.
Strong written and verbal communication (email clarity, objection handling, stakeholder messaging).
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Experience selling reputation management, marketing tech, or customer experience tools.
Experience selling into any of the core verticals (healthcare, hospitality, legal, retail, home services).
Familiarity with multi-location operations, franchises, or brand consistency challenges.
Track record of succeeding in performance-based/commission-heavy environments.
