This is a hybrid position. The firm allows 2-3 days remote a week. There is also schedule flexibility.

The compensation range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate's education and experience, portfolio quality, and considering market factors. The posted range is $100-120k base. The firm is flexible on compensation when it comes to the right candidate.

This is a succession-planning hire. Current leadership is actively planning for what comes next, and this role comes with a direct path to Principal, not just another step up in responsibility.

Licensure is preferred for this role, and a license from California or any other U.S. state is acceptable.
