What the job involves?

🚀 Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland

📍 Location: Skopje, North Macedonia (Full-time, On-site initially)

🏢 Department: Sales | Focus: Enterprise Segment, Market Research

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Skopje and play a key role in growing our B2B Research Platform in the enterprise segment.

🧩 What You’ll Do

As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping enterprise clients get started with our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

  • Social Selling: Engage with industry professionals through LinkedIn and online communities.

  • Client Onboarding & Demos: Guide prospects through product demos and onboarding for our B2B Research Platform.

  • Account Management: Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction.

  • CRM Usage: Manage outreach and pipelines in Zoho CRM; previous CRM experience required.

  • Email & LinkedIn Campaigns: Run structured outreach campaigns using modern tools and automations.

  • Event Participation: Attend industry conferences and networking events in the UK, Ireland and other European countries.

  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on trends in market research, data recruitment, and enterprise solutions.

✔️ What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales.

  • Experience with email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

  • Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho CRM is a plus).

  • Comfortable giving product demos and onboarding new clients.

  • Proactive and self-driven with a structured approach to pipeline building.

  • Based in Skopje and available to work on-site (initially full-time in office).
