What You'll Be Doing
As a Poofessional (yes, that’s a real title), you’ll be the hero that pet owners never knew they needed. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
🐾 Travel between client homes and scoop up what the pups leave behind—efficiently and thoroughly.
🚛 Haul away waste and leave yards looking fresh and ready for playtime.
🧼 Keep your gear clean and sanitized so you're always prepped for the next stop.
📅 Stick to your schedule and handle your route independently (no one looking over your shoulder).

About You
🐕 You like dogs (or at least don’t mind their… creative contributions to the job).

The Yard Guard Interview Process
We Keep It Simple and Straightforward
What Happens: We’ll look over your application and see if your experience and enthusiasm line up with what we’re looking for. If it looks good, we’ll reach out to schedule the next step!
What Happens: You’ll have a quick, casual chat with one of our team members to talk about your background and why you’re excited to work with us. This is your chance to ask any questions about the role and the company.
What Happens: If we’re feeling good about the virtual meet, we’ll invite you to a hands-on trial run (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes). You’ll get the chance to scoop in the field, learn the tools, and see if this job’s a fit for you—and vice versa.
What Happens: If you’re a rockstar during the trial, we’ll have a final sit-down (either in-person or virtual) to go over the details, answer any last-minute questions, and confirm next steps.
What Happens: Once everything’s finalized, we’ll send over the offer and welcome you to the team! Get ready for a fun ride—your first day is just around the corner!

You’ll be the hero that keeps backyards clean and safe by removing pet waste. You’ll drive to customer homes, scoop the poop, and haul it away. It’s a simple but important job that helps our customers enjoy their yards again!
Absolutely! We’ll provide all the training you need to feel confident and ready to scoop. From using the tools to managing your route, we’ve got you covered.
We offer flexible, part-time hours (usually Monday & Friday shifts). You’ll manage your own route, so you can work around your life.
You’ll start at $16/hour, with bonuses based on your performance. If you work hard and do a great job, you’ll see those bonuses (and raises) add up!
No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. As long as you’re dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and like dogs, you’re good to go.
Yes! This job gives you the independence to manage your own route and schedule. You’ll be out and about, scooping at customer locations—but you’ll have support from our team whenever you need it.
Yes. We work in most weather. We do not work in unsafe conditions like lightning or extreme cold below freezing.
We totally get it—life happens! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll work with you to reschedule or cover your route.
The best part? You’re working independently, outdoors, and doing something that really helps people. Plus, the occasional cute dog sighting makes it all the more fun!
W-2. You’re an employee, not a contractor.
You earn $1 per house, per visit each week only if there are zero client complaints that week. One complaint means no bonus for that week.
Missed waste, incomplete cleanups, or customer-reported issues that require a return visit.
Yes. You’ll use your own reliable, insured car. We provide removable magnets or window flags. No permanent decals. Mileage is reimbursed.
