You drive to client homes on a pre-planned route, walk each yard, scoop the dog waste, double-bag it, and move to the next stop. You work alone, manage your day, and communicate with the office through your phone.

Yes, and it is paid. We train you on the tools, the route app, our quality standards, and how to handle the dogs you will meet. Most people are confident and on their own routes within a week.

Part-time weekday shifts, typically 9am to 1pm with the option to stretch up to 6 hours per day. Most new hires start at 8 to 12 hours per week. Exact days depend on the route load at the time of hire. There is room to add hours and days as we expand routes, if you want them.

Base pay is $16/hour. Stacked with our weekly bonus ($1 per home with zero complaints), mileage reimbursement (72.5 cents/mile), and the optional $10/week utility perk, a typical week runs $200 to $325 all-in. That is roughly $25 to $27/hour effective.

No. If you are reliable, comfortable outdoors, like dogs, and can handle the physical work, we can teach you the rest.

Yes. Once you are trained, you manage your own route. The office is a text or call away if you hit a problem, but you are running your day independently.

Yes. Rain, snow, heat, cold. We work in all of it. The only things that stop us are thunder, lightning, ice storms, or other genuinely unsafe conditions. If "outdoor work in February" sounds rough, this is probably not the right job.

Let us know as far in advance as possible and we will work out coverage or reschedule. Stuff comes up. We get it. Just do not no-call, no-show.

Two things most of the team would say: working outside instead of at a desk, and getting to hang out with a couple dozen dogs every shift. The independence is a close third.

W-2. You are an employee, not a contractor.

You earn $1 per home scooped, paid out at the end of any week with zero complaints requiring a re-scoop. A typical week runs $30 to $48 in bonus on top of your hourly pay. One re-scoop and you forfeit that week's bonus. Do it right the first time and the math is strongly in your favor.

A complaint is a client report within 48 hours of service that requires us to dispatch a re-scoop at no charge to the client. Missed waste, incomplete cleanups, or yard-specific issues we missed. You can dispute a complaint in writing within 48 hours if you think it is incorrect.

Yes. You'll use your own reliable, insured car. We provide removable magnets or window flags, with no permanent decals. Mileage is reimbursed at 72.5 cents per mile.

We generate a lot of waste each week. If you are willing to bag the waste at each client and dispose of it in your own home trash at the end of your route, we add $10 per week to your check. Totally optional. If you would rather drop everything at HQ, no problem at all.
